We’re looking for Lane Coaches to join our team!
As a Lane Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the action – engaging guests as you lead groups, teach axe throwing, and create a safe (but ridiculously fun) environment. Your mission: make sure every single person who walks through our doors leaves with a smile, a story, and maybe even a bullseye under their belt.

What You’ll do:
- – Pump up the energy and lead groups of all sizes with confidence
- – Teach the basics of axe/knife and dart throwing (no experience necessary, we’ll train you!)
- – Keep safety first while keeping the vibes fun.
- – Help with Target maintenance (you’ll need to use power tools).
- – Serve alcohol responsibly with a side of awesome customer service.
- – Jump in on other stuff to make the guest experience unforgettable.
- – Be awesome. Period.
What we’re looking for:
- – Outgoing, fun, engaging people!
- – People who are comfortable speaking in front of groups and getting people hyped.
- – Team players who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- – People with good work ethics.
(I mean it! If you’re a turd who starts strong, and then gets lazy after the first 3 weeks, go be a turd somewhere else.)
