A super-cool, outdoor, axe-throwing tournament on the grounds of Peterborough's newest local brewery!
It’s time for summer fun!
It’s time to celebrate the sunny days with competition, brews, delicious food, and the company of friends new and old. That is why the Peterborough Axe Club is proud to present this unique outdoor tournament! Soak up the summer vibes and join us for a day of community, camaraderie, and axe-throwing action as we gather at Peterborough’s newest local craft brewery, 100 Acre Brewing Co. to throw in this 64-player, IATF-style tournament! So mark your calendars and sharpen your hatchets!
VENUE
This tournament will be held outdoors on the beautiful grounds of 100 Acre Brewing Co. That’s right, we’ll be soaking up rays and tasting delicious beverages as we take in the scenery of this unique location. A venue like this makes it a tournament to remember!
FOOD
As a good thrower is better when paired with a good hatchet, so good beer is better when paired with great food! That’s why La Mesita will be on site with food for purchase. This authentic Mexican restaurant has been a fan favorite, and on tournament day, they will be there to bless our bellies!
TOURNAMENT INFO
This will be a 40-player IATF-style tournament. We will be playing with Premiere rules, including “Touch Clutch”. This will be a ‘Pool Play’-style tournament guaranteeing 3 games, where the top 2 from each pool are forwarded into a double-elimination tournament.PRIZE POOL

COST
The tournament fee is $75 + HST.
PARKING
There is parking at the venue, but spaces are limited. It is a good idea to plan carpool groups. There is a carpool lot close by.
