League Policies

As leagues grow, and there are more people to manage, we ask that league members mark themselves as present as soon as they arrive at the club. If leagues begin, and a member is not marked present on the night’s roster because that person failed to mark themselves as present, that night’s matches will be considered a missed league night in accordance with the rules for Absentee Weeks. The attendance sheets will be located at the bar.

Bumping matches is when a player pulls their match (or the match of a friend) to the front of the AxeScores queue. This practice is not permitted. Matches must be played in the order that they appear in the AxeScores queue. If a player is in the washroom or out smoking, for the sake of moving league nights along, we can select the next match in the queue; with that said, the original match should be the next match played

LEAVING EARLY If you have to leave early on a particular night, we can pull your matches to the front of the queue so that you can leave league early. While we’re happy to pull your matches on occasion, pulling matches early is a courtesy for necessities only. When matches are pulled early the software will distribute those matches among the queues in both lanes; therefore, you may still have to wait for some matches to appear. Also, if others have requested to leave early, their matches may be in front of yours. League members are not permitted to access AxeScores to mark themselves early. Marking league members early is the duty of league host exclusively. ARRIVING LATE If you think you won’t be at league by 6:20pm on your league night, please text your lane host to notify them that you will be late. Your lane host’s number is…
